Bun venit pe pagina jurnalului nostru online! Dupa 10 ani petrecuti in spatiul virtual, timp in care am adunat peste 500 de articole, am considerat necesara o revizuire a acestui site. Atat tehnologia, cat si comportamentul vizitatorilor nostri, au fost marcate de modificari esentiale.

Am retinut pe aceasta pagina cele mai vizionate articole. Am incercat sa creem o interfata cat mai intuitiva si prietenoasa, accesibila utilizatorului care ne acceseaza de pe diferite tipuri de terminale.  Scopul nostru ramane acelasi: informarea corecta a utilizatorului, diseminarea informatiei stiintifice din domeniul moraritului si panificatiei, apararea consumatorului de valul agresiv de informatii pseudostiintifice, stiri false si opinii superficiale.

Ne propunem sa mentinem notorietatea site-ului si sa respectam etica stiintifica, deontologia academica in general, in prezentarea informatiilor si a opiniilor. Nu urmarim sub nici-o forma cultivarea controverselor, atitudinea contondenta, etalarea agresivitatii. Asta nu inseamna ca nu incurajam schimbul de idei, semnalarea greselilor, inclusiv cele pe care, fara voie, le vom fi savarsit sau le vom face pe viitor. Efortul nostru nu are nicio dimensiune pecuniara, totul e gratuit aici si vine din pasiunea pentru a impartasi ceea ce stim si ceea ce aflam. Consideram ca, macar pentru atata lucru, meritam sa fim tratati cu politete si intelegere.
